Negative: Definitely needs some soundproofing as you can hear everything that goes on upstairs which was making me a little bit paranoid because I felt like if I can hear them they can hear me my son cried a couple of times and hopefully we didn't wake them up on our early departure but we only stayed the nights so wasn't too bad the path from the main street to the studio is very narrow so if you have a suitcase plus extra bags it's going to be hard to access the studio. Thank goodness I had my dad with me I would have totally struggle getting past the boat. There was a doggy smell to the studio and not sure if it was mould or just damp I was smelling in the air but staying at this location was good enough for the price and we found it easy to access the hospital and the City.
