This spacious wine country abode is nestled among the vineyards in the Heart of Wine Country, just a moment's drive to all of the wineries found in the area. Even walk to the neighboring wineries of Brick House Vineyards, Flanure, and Aramenta! This single-level, open-floor plan, custom-built home is the perfect home base for all of your wine country adventures.
The opulent kitchen boasts beautiful quartz countertops, brand-new appliances, and everything needed to prepare your wine-country meals. The center island has room for everyone to participate in the fun or watch the chef whip up a masterpiece, and the adjoining dining area offers seating for six at a beautiful antique table. The spacious living room features a cozy couch and a large flat-screen TV with DirecTV and a Roku streaming device.
THE PROPERTY
The two (count them two!) spacious masters with en-suite bathrooms feature brand-new king-sized beds, hotel-quality linens, large closets, and private doors to the outside. The deluxe en-suite bathrooms have been beautifully designed with tiled showers, double sinks, and great lighting. You'll also love the luxurious towels and amenities for each guest.
Step outside and take a deep breath of that fresh Oregon air! A large backyard with a covered patio features a new charcoal BBQ grill and dining area for enjoying meals al fresco. Enjoy those perfect Oregon evenings sipping on a great glass of Pinot outdoors, or partake in some fun outdoor games, where there is a nice lush lawn to enjoy. It's the perfect backyard for a summer evening!
The attention to detail when designing this rental makes it a truly special spot to serve as home while exploring Oregon Wine Country. With the perfect sleeping room for up to four guests, this is the ideal spot for a pair of couples or a small family getaway.
We are so excited!! Last season, we planted new vines in the fields surrounding the property! Ribbon Ridge Valley grapes were planted, which means we have to take great care of the crop to grow it into the famous Ribbon Ridge Valley Pinot Noir you all love! Please note, during the spring and summer months, the vineyard workers may be starting work from 6 AM until 4 PM Tuesday - Thursday. The workers will not come onto the rental property, and we greatly appreciate your patience concerning their presence on the surrounding property.
We will do our best to schedule work to happen from Tuesday to Thursday. We will focus on performing tasks near the vacation rental from the late morning to the afternoon. Operators and crew supervisors will be made aware of the potential for guests and sensitivity.

Summary: It is truly special home and property. Be sure to ask the property manager about the spraying of the vines to be sure you are not home when that is taking place. We truly enjoyed our stay there.

Summary: This little property is very special. It’s very quiet and peaceful. However, be prepared for people working in the vineyard that surrounds the house starting early in the morning. It’s too bad that they don’t have separate zones for heating because one area of the house might get quite warm while the bathrooms are chilly.. I would also get toilet paper holders on the wall much easier than what they have now. But it’s a special place. It’s just very very quiet if you don’t like quiet don’t go there..

Summary: We really enjoy staying at this house. It is super quiet and a great place for us to chill out. You can simply sit on the terraces and look out across the valley for hours on end. We enjoy cooking in the spacious kitchen and relaxing with a glass of wine....or two. The location is great; the house is great. Always a good reason to return next year.

Summary: Such a lovely, peaceful setting to get together with family. Easy access for our elderly dad who grew up down the road a bit. The views reminded me of Tuscany with rolling hills of vineyards with comfortable covered outdoor seating for everyone to enjoy. Every detail was thoughtfully provided for our convenience. Arrival and departure was seamless.

Summary: We had high expectations coming into our 4 day long weekend visit. When I sent the listing (w/pics) to the two spouses for evaluation, the replies were immediate and empathetic: YES!! If anything, it's better than the pictures. Love that each side is identical--no one gets the lesser room.Each bedroom was roomy and comfortable, with a full bath. The kitchen is gorgeous and functional, the living area nicely appointed. Then you step outside..pictures don't do it justice. A million dollar view. At night you can hear every sound in the whole valley. It's eerie. We've been in many VRBO that you could say that they've thought of everything, but here it's all done with a lot of careful thought and style. Very impressive. Booking and follow-up contact was relentlessly efficient. The printed and digital guides they give are the best we've ever seen. Hope to return someday soon....

Summary: This place is a gem! So close to many wineries and basically 10-15 minutes to Newberg, Yamhill, Carlton and McMinnville. Perfect location and the views of vineyards and rolling hillsides was amazing. Easy check in/out and clear communication. Will definitely return.
