Summary: Well situated for trips to the Vineyard and all the beaches around Falmouth, the large back yard provided a wonderful space to relax after our adventures. Paul took good care of us.

Summary: Our family of 7 very much enjoyed our stay. The house was as advertised. Great access to the community pool and a short distance to great beaches. Our host was very attentive to our needs and we could not have asked for more.

Summary: Great home to entertain family. Fenced in yard wa s great to setup pool for infants and deck was plenty big enough to host dinner for eight. Very comfortable inside with AC throughout, amazing gym in cellar and the community pool was great after a day at the beach. Also downtown Falmouth restaurants were equally amazing

Summary: Preface this review by saying this house is between 3 and 4 stars. Due to a change in our vacation plans we started our search in early July so there were few rental options. With that said, I believe the price of this house is on the high end given the location, and, when all is said and done, the weekly price is $3,289 plus a $265 fee to use the pool/tennis courts and then a $500 deposit... comes to over $3,500 for house and pool/tennis facilities or $4,000 with deposit. Maybe this is par for Falmouth but recall seeing other rentals for less but they were not available. We only used the pool/tennis facilities for three days so was not worth it. They do have activities there as well but they are limited and we never used any of them. Some of the instructions to the property are confusing as they are not updated. One set says linens are available for a fee and the other says they are included. The grill is listed as having an ignition that does not work and requires a match. But the grill was replaced and works. The grill was also left on by previous tenants and it was extremely dirty. The electronic lock for the front door has instructions but sometimes it locks on first try and other times it takes 15 tries to lock it. Part of the House was not clean when we arrived including the grill, refrigerator and upstairs bathroom... we cleaned them... minor inconvenience. The beds were way too soft for our liking... as in sinking soft. The window unit air conditioners are in all the bedrooms and were very loud... just had to get used to them. There is no AC in the kitchen/living room/dining room but there is a ceiling fan. The cuisinart coffee maker did not work well at all so we stopped using it... but there is a keurig type unit with pods which worked. The stairs going upstairs are on the steep side so keep that in mind for older renters. Same goes for stairs going to basement. The positives: kitchen is well equipped, there is a washer/dryer downstairs in basement, there is a universal fitness set up in basement, there are 5 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a nice sized back yard with a hammock, and a ground level deck that has two tound tables with umbrellas. Additionally there is WiFi and two flat screen TVs albeit smaller and lower end but both have cable with some premium channels. Overall the house is decent and served its purpose but found it to be on the expensive side.

Summary: Location good. Nice neighborhood and convenient to pool. Lifeguards shouting “WALK” every 5 seconds for no good reason was a big bummer at the pool. They were out of control at times with their reprimands over kids having safe fun that spoiled some of our time there. Grill and deck furniture were perfect. Fridge was big with handy ice maker and owner left a cooler for us to use. Nice feature with keypad at front entrance so no actual key was needed. Plenty of towels and sheets. Could have used a recycle bin outside. Would stay here again.

Summary: We had a great time at this home. There is ample room in the bedrooms and the enclosed yard was great for the kids. Well stocked. All cooking pots, pans and utensil's we could ever need were provided. New gas grill and private yard. Keureg coffee maker with complimentary coffee provided. We were very comfortable and are looking forward to going back.

Summary: Great family house. Bedrooms were large with plenty of comfortable beds. Towels and linens were provided, which is a huge convenience. Back yard was fenced in and great for kids, back deck and grill were perfect for cooking and dining outside. Close to all Falmouth has to offer. Kids loved the association pool and playground. Only thing missing was an outside shower. Looking forward to next year already.
