Summary: This is a Lovely and well appointed home.Everything was as listed. *The Wifi was great and reliable. *The kitchen is well stocked and enjoyable to cook in. *The bed we slept in was very comfortable.With a good combination of bedding and fresh clean linens.It is very nice to have onsight laundry for longer stays. We booked this rental mainly because of the pool, and it was wonderful! The pool was clean, and the water was a comfy temperature. Pool accessories and towels are provided.Wilmington is a great destination. We visited the beaches, enjoyed the great variety of local restaurants, and even after coming to the area for the past 20 years, we are always pleased to find new and interesting things to do!The Host is very responsive. We were very happy with our stay!
