Positive: The beds were comfortable and clean. I liked having the wifi included since I didn't get signal at the house. Easy drive of 20 minutes to most locations of interest.

Negative: The gray couch was extremely uncomfortable. There was mold and mildew all over the shower curtain. The kitchen floor had a sticky substance on it which required me to were shoes around the house. There was no toaster and the property was very overgrown and rundown.

Positive: The home was in a very lovely location, everything about the home was very enjoyable. I loved that the home included Wifi that came In handy. Overall enjoyed the stay would totally book again.

Positive: Perfect for family and pets . Great backyard with fence and patio. Convenient to Carolina Beach side of Wilmington and shopping, restaurants, etc.

Negative: Great home but has some age and needs some work to fix small issues that need attention. Roku did not work so no TV. Owner will fix this when they are back to Wilmington. HVAC filters were so dirty that the air handler could not efficiently move the air through the system. I took them out and ran A/C without filters. I did notify the owner of any issues we had and she was quite apologetic. The small issues were not major to comfort, and we still had a comfortable stay and would stay again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and hope owners can attend to some TLC on their return
