Summary: The property was just as described. We were in AZ primarily to watch spring training for baseball - what we were looking for was primarily a place to sleep. It was less than a 10 minute drive to Camelback Ranch and close to plenty of restaurants.The only negative - and a small one at that - was that ESPN was not available. So we just choose places to eat where we could watch the basketball games and golf highlights of the Players Tournament.

Summary: Nice place to go while visiting children. Box springs on bed made weird noise every time you moved. Did not make for a good nights sleep/

Summary: Came to attend a wedding and some parties before. Usually got home before 11:00, got ready and went to bed. Slept great! Suggest you have a car for easy access to groceries. Nice size fridge, small microwave in room but a car makes it easier.

Summary: Exactly as advertised. 1 room with a bed, small fridge, and 1 channel TV (old dvd’s available). Very nice bathroom with good shower!!

Summary: I enjoyed my stay. There was a attention to details which made it a welcoming place. The place was extra pluses with soap and shampoo and coffee maker. Loved the little garden outside the door. Thank you, David!!

Summary: Perfect for someone that doesn’t plan on staying in room much. Great for sleeping and a shower. TV could have more channels. And if you are picky about you’re bed(which I am not)The box spring is very noisy. Worked great for what I needed it for though.
