Hi! My place is a 2 story townhouse style home in the heart of Oceanside.
The rental rooms are located on the second floor of my home. Once you enter the home, you immediately turn right to take the stairs up to the second floor. The rental rooms are on the left while the bathroom is on the right. My primary bedroom is at the end on the same floor.
The rental rooms and my primary bedroom do not share any walls.
The 2 rooms have a pocket door between them. The space can be used in different ways. If you are a solo traveler, you can sleep in one room and you can work in the other. If you are a couple, you will have more space to spread out and not feel crammed in one room. If friends are traveling together, you have the option of using the extra bed in the second room. It is a daybed that converts from a twin to a queen. You can also close the pocket door for privacy and separate the rooms.
The bathroom is right across the hall from both of the bedrooms and the bathroom is reserved for my VRBO guests. No one else will use the bathroom during your stay. I have my own bathroom in my room.
The rental rooms are carpeted. First room has a fixed queen sized bed and the second room has a twin sized day bed that can easily convert to a queen sized bed.
There is a dorm room sized refrigerator for your convenience, as well as 2 TV's with streaming apps. There is a Keurig Coffee Machine and a desk for those who need a space to work. I provide clean and fresh towels, linens, pillows.

Summary: Thomas really takes hosting to the next level! He's thought of everything you might need, and includes detailed instructions on how to use the tv & wifi and where everything to find extra supplies. (hair blow dryer, iron, bottle waters, ect). The bathroom is stocked with anything you might have forgotten (tooth paste, mini deoterant) and the towels are extra large and very soft. The bed was also very comfortable, ans there are blackout curtains or sheer ones if you want some light but still privacy. The space stays cool with the windows open, but there is some traffic noise from the busy road during the day. I did some remote work during my stay and it wasn't a problem. The desk space is set up with an extension cord to charge all your devices. There is an AC unit in the room for extra hot days. The only downside to this rental is you can't walk to the beach and there's no kitchen, but you don't mind a short drive and eating out during your stay, this space is perfect! Thomas is a very friendly and responsive host, and he's really gone the extra mile to make his home comfortable, convenient and secure. You even get a designated parking spot! I would definately stay here again or put my sisters up here when they come to visit.

Summary: This was my first Vrbo experience, and it was outstanding! Property as pictured, clean, well-stocked, and in the heart of all my destinations! The owner Thomas was very thoughtful in providing area highlights-- many of which I tried-- from street markets, to restaurants, beaches, shopping, missions, and cool bars. Quiet complex, with easy access to all the places you want to see! Thanks for my great get-away weekend!

Summary: This place was fantastic. There were extra supplies in the bathroom in case I forgot anything and even biscottis to go with my coffee. I work remotely so he let me use the faster Wi-Fi as well. Definitely would recommend staying here.
