Hello! We are a married couple with no kids with a room to rent. Our doors are open to respectable clean people from all over the world. Kids are very welcome here. Welcome to our little world!
Our place is warm. Our quiet furnished private bedroom with a shared hallway & bathroom for rent. Includes High speed internet, TV, 1 private parking spot. Our Kitchen, if you like to cook, have at it, just keep it very clean after every use. No Pets. 420 is ok on our outside by the Tree line and with a Medical Card from the USA or your Country of Origin. Front door to remain closed while you smoke your cannabis on our property. We live in a Safe neighborhood tucked away from busy city streets. No partying in house or in your bedroom or on the front deck.
