Positive: The location wasn't the worst, there's a tram nearby. It's fairly spacious.

Negative: House very close to other ones, lots of noise. Not clean at all, cleaning staff only does the bare minimum (or less). No dishwasher despite listing - in fact an unconnected dishwasher could be found in the garage with... an Absolut vodka bottle inside. When I inquired about it, staff asked me lots of questions and asked for photos but did not do anything about this. Kitchen overall run down, fairly dirty. Would not recommend.

Summary: OK location and big, but dirty, loud and no dishwasher.

Positive: I enjoyed that there was a small store close by if you needed to grab anything you might of forgotten. The place was very comfortable and I enjoyed that there was AC because it was really hot out there.

Negative: There is very minimal parking. I thought the drive way was for two cars, but apparently there’s a house right next to it. So you just get one parking spot.

Summary: Other than that, the staff was very helpful.

Positive: When we arrived the space was clean, amenities were set up, and all was easily accessible. Check in was very simple and breezy.

Negative: Halfway through our trip both toilets flooded from two completely unclogged flushes. The washing machine was weak and took forever to wash our towels. We reported this and came to find out their water line was horribly backed up, and we had become the unlucky people to deal with it. This didn't feel great. They took 10 hours to fix it, all the while 7 guests had to drive off site to look for restrooms and were unable to shower. Not to mention the bedrooms smelled like sewage during maintenance, and all of the drain snaking was loud and unpleasant. All of this was incredibly disappointing, and still at this moment Booking.com has not followed up on my dispute claim for some form of compensation. We basically paid 1,700 to go camping. I would not rent this space again due to my experience and a fear of it happening again. I feel cheated.

Positive: After 2 weeks on the road, it's really nice to be able to cook your own meals, fully equipped kitchen with condiments, coffee, tea and everything else u need. Beds are comfy, rooms are spacious. Location is right off the highway. Staff are very responsive and always checking in on us via emails, we felt taken care of.
