We have been running the downstairs of our house as a short term rental for years on another platform that I'm apparently not allowed to type here, but rhymes with schmare bnb - we are very well reviewed there with a 4.94/5 star average and 288 reviews over the last 3 years - feel free to verify that on that other platform. Spacious Attached Guest Suite (we live upstairs) with self-check-in and private entry on gorgeous mountain property with plenty of natural light and wildlife. Minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park, with abundant hiking trails right off the property. Perfect place to unwind after your day's adventures.
Kitchenette includes a 2 burner hot plate, deluxe toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, and full refrigerator.

We are a 15 minute drive from Rocky Mountain National Park, 15 minute drive from Longs Peak trailhead, and 10 minutes from Lumpy Ridge. We are surrounded by pine forests and rocky cliffs right off of Fish Creek. You'll be staying in the lower level of our home, which has private walkout entry,
You will have a private entrance with keypad to allow for self check in. Guest suite includes a master bedroom and bathroom, large living space with a comfortable sofa and chair, smart tv with Disney+, Hulu, and Netflix, fiber optic internet, access to games and dvds, and a deluxe kitchenette and dining area.

Summary: The proximity to RMNP is perfect and space is such a great price. The host provided really nice roll away beds for the two kiddos that were very comfortable. There is plenty of space in the living/dining room. A tip: pull up the access code before you pull into the drive, our service wasn’t very good right at the house. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: This was a very nice property. The bed was comfortable, and the unit had plenty of living space. It is the basement level of a home, and the homeowners live upstairs. They do have 2 small children, which wasn't noted in the property description, so be aware that you may hear some crying and squealing.
