We are Pet friendly for up to 2 dogs($ fee applies) with a fully enclosed backyard.
*Pets MUST be included on the booking. Our pet fee covers the extra cleaning that our cleaners require. If pets are on property, and they are not included in the booking, we will reach out and a $100 fine will be assessed.
Our guests have access to the entire 1.5 acres, and also the mountains neighboring our property are free to explore with hiking trails right out the back door!
There is both a upper and lower deck with outdoor dining, and luxurios seating with propane firepit for you to enjoy!
The attached garage is available for access which includes Tesla/Electric Vehicle (EV) Charger - Level 2 - up to 48A with 24' Cable. Also we have 4 Adult, and 4 kids snowshoes for use plus feel free to bring out the Cornhole bag game that can be found in the garage. Property is equipped with heat. Property does not have AC.
AWD or 4WD vehicles are highly suggested for winter weather access November thru April. This is a NO SMOKING property, which includes Cannabis and vaping.

Summary: If I could rate higher I would! They truly made getting ready for my wedding day a beautiful memory. The property was absolutely beautiful and clean. The owners were were quick to respond and very open to any changes I needed to make. I can not recommend this location enough!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay for a long weekend getaway with our daughter and two dogs. We especially loved the kitchen, cozy living room with an amazing reading chair, the super comfy beds, huge TV, and incredible hot tub. Little extras were also great, like plush robes to help get in and out of the hot tub. The huge property was fun to explore, especially for the dogs but it would be a kid’s dream. Some great hikes within a 30 minute drive including one of my new favorites: Cheesman Canyon. Highly recommend this rental.

Summary: This was a great stay for the family and I, even our dog enjoyed herself. The house was very clean and well maintained, the signs around the house were a nice touch and very organized there was so much space for everyone and even had extra beds. Matthew was super helpful with a few requests and very accommodating. My mom could not stop raving about how much she enjoyed the views from the house. We can’t wait to book in the summer to enjoy the outside parts of the home again!

Summary: This was such an amazing stay for me and my friends!! Not only was the house so beautiful there’s so much to do including a hot tub, secret rooms with lights, a fire pit, even a treehouses, and much more!! Thr place was super clean, and the host was extremely helpful with anything we needed!! would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!

Summary: This is a beautiful and secluded property that was perfect for hosting our local and out of town family. The property and amenities appear exactly as pictured/described with all the comforts of home. The home was cleaned and freshly updated inside and out. The host checked in with us frequently and was responsive to any questions or requests we brought to his attention. We will almost certainly be back considering the proximity to family in the area and to the various attractions and activities in the area.

Summary: We truly had an awesome stay at this property. There were 9 guests in total (4 adults, 5 children) and all of us slept comfortably. The kids had no shortage of ways to have fun. They really enjoyed hanging out at the tree house, playing the vintage video games, getting their water fix in the hot tub, and having ping pong battles. We were able to enjoy several hikes walking straight from the house. Matthew was great to communicate with. He was prompt in returning messages and made the check-in/check-out process very easy. It was great to get away from the city and enjoy the quiet, cool mountain air. Nothing beat sitting in the hot tub at night while staring out at the dark night sky. We will be back!

Summary: A group of old friends met/stayed at the Bailey property. We all came from different parts of the US for a funeral for a lifelong friend. The property is secluded and peaceful. The hummingbirds visited the feeder all morning. Would stay again and again. Beautiful!
