Summary: Property well maintained, clean and accessible to different beach sites. The balcony was used every day. The grill in the backyard worked great A very nice place to stay for comfort and pleasure

Bathrooms clean, roomy. Older property but had character. Cool game room. Reasonably priced. Only minor cons. Needs more mirrors & trash cans. Road noise can be heard. Critter was in vent. Old doors didn't fully close.

Summary: Nice 3 bedroom house about 10 minutes from multiple beach options and good restaurants in a town that is easy to get around in. Communication with host was excellent and checkin/checkout very easy. Made for a very relaxing vacation. Full kitchen if you wanted to make some food yourself. There was also a very nice fenced in backyard with areas for a campfire, blackberry bushes, and a little trail through the woods which our kids loved. There were several good areas to play board games and card games after we got back in the evening.
