Summary: The house was very spacious and clean and the pictures were exactly like the actual home. The check in was very easy and the host was very responsive to all our needs.

Summary: was a nice place liked the area just a little to much traffic on the highways next time I would like to stay more in the country the layout of the house was excellent wish it was a little warmer so they could use pool. But we went to the parks all day and were glad to come back to the house I think tv's should of been in the other bedrooms for my guest but loved the house thanks again.

Summary: Our stay was okay as there's quite a bit that can be done by the property owners to make the stay more comfortable. Prior to check-in, the property manager wasn't able to communicate with us due to a Canadian number on file but there were other options to communicate including email or WhatsApp which they didn't leverage. It wasn't until I reached out about the concern regarding clogging of the bathroom sink that they indicatedThe property manager was attentive to our messages and concern regarding the clogging of the washroom sink.

Summary: Our family recently enjoyed our stay of two weeks in this beautiful vacation home. We found the home to be exceptionally clean and comfortable. The master suite has a beautiful ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and a lovely tiled shower with a rain type shower head and a wand as well. The master bedroom has a king mattress and it was amazingly comfortable. The decor was beautiful as well. The owner of this home took care of anything we had an issue with promptly! She was wonderful to deal with. The kitchen had most things that we needed to fix our meals and the appliances were clean as well.

Summary: Experience far surpassed expectations!! House is beautiful - has all the amenities needed for an 'at home' stay. From reservation to checkout, process was easy and uncomplicated. Host could not have been more concerned with safety and comfort of her guests. Will definitely look to this property first when/if back in the Poinciana area.
