Summary: We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Orange Tree. The home itself was spotless with a gorgeous interior, and the pool and spa were absolute highlights. The pool deck is very private, which made it the perfect place to relax after long days out. The location couldn't be better. Within just 5 minutes we had access to supermarkets like Walmart, plenty of local restaurants, and even a charming café for breakfast. For a bit of shopping, Winter Garden Village is nearby with a great mix of stores and dining options. Best of all, the villa is only about a 20-minute drive to Disney and around 30 minutes to Universal, so it was really easy to enjoy the parks while still coming back to a quiet, relaxing community. We also loved having Lake Louisa State Park close by for a change of pace with nature walks and kayaking. Overall, this home was the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and privacy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in the Orange Tree! The home is super spacious with an open floor plan that gave us plenty of room to relax and spend time together as a family. The best part? The pool and spa area! The extended deck has no rear neighbors, so it felt really private and peaceful. We loved sitting under the patio, enjoying the quiet and the lovely view. The host was very accommodating and took care of all our needs. We'd definitely stay here again!

Summary: We had an amazing stay! This place is a fantastic deal—beautifully furnished with a well-stocked kitchen and an awesome, wide, fully covered lanai where we spent most of our time relaxing. The pool was perfect, with plenty of deck chairs and towels, and we loved how pet-friendly the home was. The layout is incredibly convenient: the master bedroom and guest bathroom both open directly to the pool, so no need to walk through the living room in wet swimsuits. The host team was friendly, responsive, and always available. Special thanks to Cailin, Liza, and Susan for resolving an A/C issue in just 30 minutes on a holiday weekend—that's what I call A+ service! Highly recommend—we'd definitely stay here again!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much! The location was great; felt like we were in a residential neighborhood versus a busy resort which is what we were looking for. There was an issue with the couch which they offered to replace right away with excellent communication! My one suggestion would be to replace the carpet with different flooring. From a renters perspective, it would simply feel cleaner to us. Otherwise, it was great and I’d highly recommend!

Summary: House was spotless, one of the cleanest houses I have stayed at and check in was super easy! The house is in a quiet neighborhood and it was a very relaxing stay. The fence around the pool makes it perfect to be able to enjoy the outside area without having to worry about kiddos by the pool! Less than a half hour drive to the parks and other Disney attractions but without the traffic so the location was perfect for my family! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend for a family trip!
