Summary: Plenty of space for family, enjoyed the outdoor space, location allows easy access to so many things. No difficulty finding on street parking for our extra car

Summary: The host was easy to communicate with multiple times throughout the process. The downstairs bed linen was not very clean and the WiFi went out after the 2nd day. Location was ok. An easy $20 Uber ride to national mall. Not anything to walk to once back. If you had a car that might open options for evening entertainment. Kitchen was nice to have but could have used more kitchenware. Not many glasses and all pans were very worn. Had a dishwasher and washer dryer so that was helpful and convenient.

Summary: The house was awesome. We loved it, the neighborhood is charming with families, we even experienced a block celebration for a prom (very cool)! The neighborhood outside the houses is a little suspect, but nothing to be fearful of...just not a neighborhood where you are going to find restaurants to walk and eat at. It was a little farther from Downtown DC and all the places we wanted to see than we thought, but still only a 20 minute uber ride. Communication with Jake was great! I would recommend staying at this house if traveling to the DC area.

Summary: The host kept in touch throughout the process - and provided very detailed and timely instructions about check-in and check-out. The house was VERY clean and comfortable. I had two great nights of rest after two long days of business meetings. THANK YOU for a worry free, enjoyable stay.
