Summary: This place is 20-30 minutes away from just about whatever you’d want to do in the area. We visited Eureka, Beaver Lake, and the roaring river from this house and it was the perfect fit for us. Owner was very communicative and responsive. House was clean and just as advertised.

Summary: LaCosta's property was perfect for our family and furr babies!! It was very comfortable and felt like another home! The location was maybe 25 minutes from Eureka Springs and the drive into town was absolutely gorgeous! Our kids were over the moon! We used the fire pit to roast hog dogs and smores. I don't think we could have sayed anywhere better for the price we paid! We would 100% stay here again!

Summary: This was a great place to stay if you don't have to run back and forth to Eureka Springs which was our purpose destination. The house was clean and comfortable and everything was there that we needed for a short stay. We will provide additional feedback to the Host, but this place met our needs for a short stay. Summary: It was a nice cabin, clean when we got there and it had a musky smell that everyone In the reviews had stated. There was hardly anything to clean up the property to make sure it was up to standards before we left. Instructions for cleaning were not listed. Had to figure it out yourself. The property is beautiful and heavily wooded Property had logs for fire The mattress in the 2nd bedroom was very uncomfortable it didnt have a box spring Under and made my back hurt. No clear instructions for cleaning. And no clear instructions I could see about pet stay. Just said pet friendly. Regardless of that, it was a very good time with friends and it was a cute as all can be.

Summary: We had an absolutely wonderful time at this rental!! Check was easy, property was clean, and the host sent messages prior to tell us to reach out if we needed anything during our stay. Loved the fire pit area and the fact that it's tucked back off the main road. Pet friendly and well worth the price! We will be staying here every year if it's available for our vacation in the area.
