Long trips with kids or romantic place can be somewhat difficult, but once you make it to our chic-metropolis home everything will change. Our spacious house has all the family-friendly amenities — including Our top of the line, completely NEW! Key West Jet Spa jacuzzi comes complete with comfortable headrests. Outside cabana daybed, hammocks and BBQ. Plus, the house is designed with natural gathering places to spend time with the whole family or have some guests over. 24 hours check in..! It sleeps a total of 10 people.
This beautiful jacuzzi included elegant underwater LED lighting and easy-to-use digital controls. It seats up to six people with a full-body lounger, and captain's chairs. Hydrotherapeutic massage targets tension points, relaxing and rejuvenating joint and muscle aches, and calms daily stress.
The space
As a corner house it is perfect for hosting birthday parties, private meetings, and multiple family trips because of its additional parking space. If your family is craving a tropical escape, we have just the place! This completely renovated four bedrooms/two-bathroom home comfortably fits up to 10 guests. The master room has a large walk-in closet and private bathroom. A second bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed. Next to it, a bedroom with a twin bed with a twin pullout bed. Lastly, a bedroom with a full over full bunk bed is where games like dominos and Jenga as well as books are stored for your pleasure. The living room has a large sofa and a bean bag that will welcome the whole family. The backyard has a large outdoor cabana daybed (which can be closed for privacy), hammocks, BBQ, patio set and lounge chairs to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove oven, convection oven and coffee machine. A full-sized dinner table fits up to six people. We also provide pots and pans, plates and bowls, and knives and forks. The house has a central A/C as well as split units in each room.

Summary: Loved it. Only complaint was black long hair/debris in the hot tub. Obviously not cleaned between guests properly (drain, clean, fill) was a bit off putting but enjoyed every bit of this property! Hardest part was backing the car up the steep driveway and into "garage/carport" but was grateful our vehicle was in safe keeping. Quiet neighborhood. Always felt safe. Will definitely return.

Summary: Property itself was great but this property is a bit far out from everything so I suggest getting a rental. The house had bath towels BUT NO FACE TOWELS. Thank Goodness i always pack my own and then some. Toilet seat was broken in main bathroom. Cable was out for a couple of days . Communicate with owner about it could of been better about it stating he was coming over to look twice but never showed up the last text on the app I seen was I’m outside but I never got the message till the last night I was leaving in bed . But as far as the jucuzzi and house everything was fine. Just too far out for me and Uber cost us.

Summary: Beautiful house with private backyard in a gated area. The house was clean and spacious with a very large kitchen with all the supplies. Most of our time was spent in the backyard / patio there is 2 swings which was great i guess it’s a thing in Puerto Rico! Nice area to lay in the sun and relax and a lot of seating. The house is close to Old San Juan and there was ever a small gas station and food truck area just outside the gate to enter what a great convenience!

Summary: Nice place the shower was hard to WiFi at first in the master bedroom but we figured it out. The air conditioner in the living room is a little difficult but you can play around with it. Quiet hours were annoying couldn’t even be outside and smoke because neighbors will complain. But Armando was a great host we enjoyed our stay overall, loved the house will come back!!it fit all 6 of us perfectly with plenty of extra space.
