Summary: This studio met our basic needs and it is located in A quiet nice neighborhood. It’s close to stores and freeways. The only negative thing is the air mattress does not inflate properly and we were not able to use it so 3 of us had to sleep in one bed.

Summary: Arlin was a great host and her studio was perfect for our family of 4. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect and never had any issues. We didn’t spend much time in the studio other than to sleep but it was great for just that. Thank you!

Summary: The Casita was super cute and cozy. It had everything we needed it. Arlin was a good host got back to me really quickly. The bed was super comfy. When we come back down to Downey will definitely be staying here again.

Summary: The space was lovely, clean, and perfect For my needs. I was in town to settle my father’s affairs so I really just needed a place to cook dinner and sleep after long days. This space provided the getaway I needed after so much drudgery during the day. Arlin was great about communicating and his responsiveness was excellent. Can’t say enough good things about having stayed here!
