As a warm gesture, each guest receives a complimentary gift basket upon arrival. Explore nearby attractions like downtown center, Winter Park, and Universal Studios, all just minutes away.
This property boasts a pool with dual pumps, 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, and a fully functional kitchen. Step into the backyard oasis featuring a resort-style pool with water features, an 8-person hot tub with a swim-up bar, and a breathtaking waterfall effect. The outdoor kitchen, complete with a natural gas grill, ice machine and fridge, is perfect for entertaining. The house is equipped with a tablet to control the pool futures.
Pool and Hot Tub:
Enjoy unlimited use of the hot tub at no extra charge. If you wish to heat the pool, there is an additional $75 per day fee for heating the entire 24,000-gallon pool to 86 degrees (actual cost of the natural gas). If the air temperature is below 50° the heater can not be turned on. This is because the coils of the heater would freeze.
Kindly notify us in advance to ensure it is ready for your arrival. To maintain safety, please use plastic cups on the pool deck to avoid a $1,000 cleaning fee for broken glass.
Why the fee? Due to having to drain and professionally clean.
Pet-Friendly Policy:
Bring your beloved pets along for a delightful stay! We have a few guidelines to ensure a relaxing experience for all guests. There is a $50 pet fee (includes 2) for the entire stay. Any additional pet is an additional $50.
Please keep pets off furniture and beds (a $200 charge applies for any evidence). Regrettably, dangerous breeds are not allowed due to insurance restrictions. Kindly inform us in advance about your pet. If your pet will have access to certain rooms, please remove removable rugs. Clean up after your pets, and avoid them using the artificial turf to maintain a pleasant environment. Natural ground is available in the front and backyard. Thank you!
Guests and Extra Guests Policy:
Our pricing is based on 1-4 people staying at the home. If your group exceeds 4 people for more than 1 hour, please adjust your guest count accordingly. There is a small fee of $25 per night for each additional guest. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all.
Other Important Information:
For security purposes, the front door and backyard area are monitored by exterior cameras. This is to prevent unauthorized parties and maintain the quality of our home.
No smoking indoors: $200 cleaning fee for violations. Smoking is permitted outside please discard the buts. This counts for cigarettes, marijuana, vapes etc.

Summary: The management company has thought of everything. Some things I wanted to mention which I thought could be helpful to other travelers- there are a TON of beach towels which was awesome. There are so many hooks in all of the right places for the towels which just goes to show they thought of everything. For people who like to tan- the pool does get sun but also has areas of shade at all times in case you don't. The pool is HUGE. The hot tub is amazing. The pictures don't do it justice. I can't say enough good things. There is even an ice maker at the outside kitchen. The outdoor shower even has hot water! We only needed to contact the property management company one time (we didn't read the instructions correctly for the hot tub) and they were super quick to respond. I just can't say enough good things. There are Lime bike/scooter rentals around the area. The College Park area (super close) is a really nice trendy area. Highly recommend checking it out. The location of the house is really nice as it is on a dead end so it is very quiet. I can't say enough good things!

Summary: This place was absolutely incredible and made for a great birthday! Thank you for your hospitality and cleanliness. The only issue we ran into was that the air mattress did not work for my friend and they had to purchase a new one. We hope to come back next year!

Summary: This house did not disappoint. In the pool from sun up to sundown. Had all the amenities you can think of, they even provided a basket full of sunscreen, glasses, and hats just in case you forgot something. There were endless amounts of pool toys. Loved laying in the swinging hammock watching the sunrise. The rooms were great especially the space room. Cannot wait to visit again.

Summary: This is a great property! Its location put us very close to everything we were doing (Universal, Kia Center, and restaurants). The pool is great! My only suggestion is to leave a list of things to do each day for pool maintenance (empty the filter basket, empty the vacuum baskets, etc) so that the leaves don’t overwhelm the pool. I figured it out as I went and it was fine, but if you aren’t familiar with pool care like me, it takes a little bit of investigation. Overall, great home, responsive hosts, great pool features, and fun kids rooms (my boys loved the space room).

Summary: Really great property. Beautiful pool / hot tub area. Really cool features such as the big ceiling fan in the family room, and all the extra tech. Large kitchen (didn't use it much, but you sure could and there was nothing missing) Owner was great to work with and helped change our booking from 2 to 4 people as we had some other friends that were going to stop by. Appreciated the beach towels for the pool area! Will be back!!

Summary: My family loved this house!! All of the technology & extras made this more than just a place to stay. My husband, mother-in-law & myself loved the peaceful environment in the backyard, while my boys (ages 16 & 20) loved the pool & hot-tub. The host was quick to answer when we needed them.

Summary: What a unique home in such a quiet neighborhood! Even though I-4 is just a short way from the house, inside was pretty quiet and the neighbors were never heard from. Close to everything you want with a fully stocked kitchen, pool and hot tub. Beds were comfy!
