Summary: Our three generations of family, all adults, spent four nights in this remodeled home with high end bathrooms and a nice screened in pool near Dubsdread Country club. We had a great time there and would stay again. Our host was easy to communicate with and the property is conveniently close to Winter Park and downtown Orlando.

Summary: This was a family trip to celebrate our daughter's graduation from nearby Advent Health University. Unfortunately, the house wasn't ready when we arrived at 4p for our scheduled check-in. As the cleaning crew was rushing to finish, the curtains were still tied in knots and I found myself preparing the house for my own arrival. The house is spacious and well appointed. But, this was the extent of my positive sentiments towards the rental property. Many of the blinds had been previously damaged and not repaired which was a problem since many of the bedrooms had partial sheer curtains. The kitchen pantry closet door essentially fell over when we tried to close it, a real safety hazard especially for young children or elderly guests. Moreover, the water dispenser as part of the fridge was inoperable. I would caution to check the labels in the kitchen cabinets indicating the number of glasses and dishes as many were incorrect, and I had to report to the owner. Do this to avoid additional charges as they occur often and without notice (or real reason). Along the same vein, be aware there is an additional cost to heat the pool $175 for day one and $50 for each additional day. The location of the house is central to local restaurants and attractions. Overall, I thought the property was overpriced for the condition of the accommodations.

Summary: We are a team of wrestlers from N. FL., down for a State tournament. This house was nothing short of PERFECT! With such amazing space & beautiful rooms. The pool was a hot for our group of kids to relax & have a good time before a huge Championship Meet. Our host Mr. Hung, was so polite & made everything so easy & enjoyable. We have decided as a team we will come back to this house in it's available!! Thank you for everything!
