Positive: Private parking (behind locked gate), reasonably well equipped house, though living room would definitely benefit from a furniture upgrade, as much of it is quite old and a bit rickety.

Negative: Very unreliable internet due to a combination of lack of city infrastructure and less-than-perfect mobile internet device provided by the property.
