Positive: Having a washer & dryer in the room was great. TV was good sized with included streaming options was great. Little touches like bottled water and coffee candy were a plant surprise

Negative: With the homeowner upstairs every noise you make I'm sure carries upstairs and made me self conscious about it. No control of AC (did get the owner to turn it up during the late summer heat wave).

Positive: It was quiet and very comfy cozy. We didn't get to use the spa, but there will be more trips. The price is phenomenal! Who would've thought we could find such beautiful surroundings so inexpensively. Unfortunately, we forgot to take pictures, too.

Negative: There wasn't anything we didn't like. No complaints The place was perfect.

Positive: Nice place, the spa was great. Good location and easy to get to. Size was good and everything was new. Washer/dryer onsite, though I didn't use them. Parking was a plus!

Negative: Furniture was very utilitarian and not very comfortable, but was fine. Couldn't get into the lockbox to get the key (code didn't work) but at least he had an alternative mode of access through the garage. Recycling would have been nice.

Summary: Nice place, hot tub was amazing!

Positive: Max's place was absolutely perfect and he was incredible generous and thoughtful during my stay. The downstairs suite was exactly what I needed for my time near Portland. The neighborhood is sweet and safe and is close to all the major things that you would need. The apt is well stocked and the bed is super comfy. nice shower and bath area. I didn't really need to cook, so the microwave, fridge and keurig coffe was great for me. the hot tub and back yard was a super bonus! I highly recommend this place if you need be east of portland.
