Summary: Very nice property with the best views ever and cozy interior. Very clean. A great place to relax form everything and explore things around. It’s surrounded by a state forest so except for an occasional car, it’s very private. We did a bit of exploration and in addition to info provided would recommend to check out a beautiful Buddhist center within 30 min ov the house.

Summary: Place is just wonderful. Rustic and cozy. Pups loved it. There was nothing missing to make the place feel like home. For walkers the home is right next to a dirt State Forestry Road. It is drivable as we used it to cut across to the neighboring town (grew up here and know the area well) and the Finger Lakes Trails. Far enough away to be alone but close to creature comforts.

Summary: This was our second time staying at Patrick’s property and it was even better than the first. This home is so clean and well stocked with anything you could need. The view from the back deck is stunning. I even got to watch a mother deer and her twin fawns eat apples from the apple tree each morning! Beds are super comfy, towels are soft, and kitchen/pantry are well stocked. Patrick is a fantastic and very communicative host!
