Positive: Access was simple and straightforward, house was beautifully updated, spacious, clean and quiet. The back yard was pleasant and good sized. Neighborhood was quiet and homey. The upstairs bedroom is a kid's paradise! It was a real treat to relax here after a long road trip.

Negative: Not much within walking distance (grocery, coffee, restaurants, etc.) however, everything we wanted was a short drive away and the Maymont house and gardens were just a few blocks down the street.

Summary: Exactly what we were looking for - didn't want to leave!

Positive: I liked that house felt like home. I was able to cook a meal for my family and relax around the dining table. I also felt safe!

Negative: The only issue was the bathroom set up. The water pressure wasnt great. Entry into tye main bathroom was through two bedrooms. It caused some inconvenience.
