Thank you for your interest! Our place is nestled in the Nob Hill/Ridgecrest area, walking distance to several gorgeous parks, and minutes away from the airport, schools, dining, shopping, and entertainment. Whether you’re in town for business or pleasure, our casita is set up to give you all of the comforts of home.
Please review our house rules:
*NO PARTIES: People not accounted for on your reservation are not permitted on our property. There are cameras on the exterior of the property for our protection and yours.
*NO PETS: (including ESA animals). While we love animals, we do not accept pets so we can offer an hypo-allergenic environment for all of our guests.
*This home is not suitable for children under 5. The yard is not completely fenced in, the furniture is not secured to the walls, nothing is child-proofed and we have clay walls.
*NO ILLICIT DRUGS/ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES: 420 is OK outside but if you're planning on using anything else, please do it elsewhere.
THE SPACE:
We hope you’ll find our home stylish, comfortable, functional and sparkling clean!
This home has been completely renovated from the studs up in 2018 with new plumbing, electrical, custom clay walls, and stainless steel appliances. In Sept. 2019, it was furnished with all brand new mid-century modern furniture, textiles, linens, bedding, and kitchenware.
Between all guests, the casita is professionally cleaned top to bottom (by a pro cleaner, who we pay well).
The interior and exterior are routinely sprayed with a non-toxic pesticide by a professional company. Creepy critters are a part of the ecosystem in the southwest and while we do what we can to keep them away, you are likely to encounter a bug while in Albuquerque/ABQ/Alburquirky/DukeCity/Burque/The505/Alburqueerky/Tamalewood. That said, we have not encountered bugs inside the house.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have private access to the entire house, yard, and driveway.
We have 2) bedrooms with doors 1) bedroom that has 2 sofa beds and doesn't have a door 2) full bathrooms, 3) Large Closets, a large smart TV in the living room, a smart TV in the Master bedroom, a gas fireplace, a small workstation (OK, it's a closet that we decided is a work station), and internet that works well inside the house (it's a little spotty outside at times).
There is a full kitchen, stocked with spices, oil, coffee/tea, and all the tools you would need to cook an awesome meal, a washer & dryer free of charge and detergent.
Parking is super easy! There is a long driveway that you could easily fit 2) Ford F-150s in or could accommodate a truck and a small trailer, there is also ample free street parking.
The only areas off-limits are the 3 small closets marked "PRIVATE", one is located next to the front door, one is in the front bedroom and the other is next to the laundry door. There is ample room in the remaining large 3) closets to comfortably accommodate 6 people. The garage is also not available to guests.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at this adorable rental. We were in town to attend the Gathering of Nations powow and chose this rental for its proximity to everything and safe location. This is the best equipped rental we have ever stayed an and it was extremely clean!!! Everything you could want was provided in abundance. Beds were wonderfully comfortable and the outdoor patio was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Just the best stay ever!

Summary: Loved the location, ease of getting to it and how quiet it was, even though it’s close to the airport. The house is adorable - loved the set up, the photos, the backyard, the night lighting - perfect! The bathrooms were fab, the sitting areas plentiful, the master bed is excellent, the other bed is hard (only complaint). Wonderful set up, close to everything - definitely renting again. Loved it!

Summary: The house was very clean, and well stocked. The neighborhood was in a great location for walks, and close to restaurants and a grocery store. Amaris was always quick to respond to any of our questions while staying there. We definitely recommend this home.

Summary: First time in new mexico and turns out I'm a genius. Great location for all the things you would expect we would do (including the university of new mexico observatory public access on friday nights).Shockingly easy access to airport. Super comfortable well appointed house that my wife pointed out we moved into, spread out and made a home away from home

Summary: The little house was perfect for us with a gas cooking stove, a kitchen with every tool you need, separate bedrooms and a large washer and dryer. When the ductless split heating units in the bedrooms failed to handle the early blast of winer complete with 6 inches of snow, the host offered to refund the entire amount. Not wanting to pack our groceries and belongings we stayed with a space heater provided by the owner. for the coldest room. We were so glad we stay and enjoyed the charming house. We regret weather did not let us enjoy the amazing backyard and get to take walks around the beautiful older classic New Mexico neighborhood.
