After a day of play, relax in this cozy, modern home with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths an open concept living/dining area, secluded hot tub, and 3 patios perched on a plateau overlooking a slope with lots of wildlife and private access down to Brown's Creek!

At PK's Place, you're conveniently situated mid-way between Buena Vista and Salida (approximately 20 minutes to each) with easy access from Highway 285, but far enough that there's not traffic noise. With PK's Place as your basecamp, you can easily visit Salida's charming shops, restaurants and galleries or experience world-class hiking, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, and other outdoor adventures that are all close by.
All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish, shower and laundry soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, salt and pepper and coffee filters.
Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.
All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

Summary: Our family of 4 stayed here for a ski trip to Monarch. The house was perfect, everyone had their own space when needed but plenty of activities and games for family time. Could easily have fit a larger family. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals and the hot tub was a nice perk after a day on the slopes. Great location between Salida and Buena Vista for anything you need. Property was clean and matched the listing.

Summary: We had a great time and the property was lovely. Remote location with AMAZING views. 20 Minutes to Salida and about the same to Buena Vista which made it great for a drive into town. The accommodations were great and any questions were quickly answered via text. We had an amazing time skiing 3 days at Monarch and a nice afternoon at Mt. Princeton hot springs that was only a 10 minute drive. Thank you for providing a great accommodation for a great place.Best,Matt & Family

Summary: We had a great few days away from hustle and bustle of life. We spent lots of great quality time. The game room was a hit. The house is beautiful, clean, and very well stocked with excellent quality items. Working with the Pinion Valley group was so quick and easy, they even sent us check-in messages and helped us with a few things with fast response time. We will definitely return. Our poodle loved it as much as we did. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Summary: We had a great stay over Thanksgiving with my son and daughter and their spouses. This was our second stay and it was just as good the second time. Great facilities and location. We really enjoyed the hot tub, games room, nearby hot springs and snow shoeing. Very well equipped for preparing a great Thanksgiving dinner.

Summary: the house was great. would do it again. the only thing is it says 2 hundred and something per night but after you do all the add Ons it comes to 400 a night. Kind of deceiving.
