Positive: It was a great location. Loved the options with the hot springs. Most of the staff were super friendly. A couple people were “having bad days” as that’s what it appeared. One at the front desk and a guy that cleaned the rooms. But everyone else was great!

Negative: Our room was a little dirty. Stains on the bedding, dirty carpet. No place to put our stuff in the room/no furniture.

Summary: Nice stay, needs a little more attention to detail with rooms.

Positive: The hot springs were hot. This is definitely a place to go and hang out and relax. There was an area for 14 and up only and several other areas for everyone. Buena Vista is close and has some good places to eat. There are walking trails right by the hotel. The scenery is amazing. The staff were helpful.

Negative: The pizza/convenience store could expand their hours. There are lap lanes but, no one enforces lanes. I requested rooms close together but, we were in separate buildings. The dining area was by reservation only.

Positive: The location was beautiful. Ample parking for how busy it was. Staff was kind on the towel exchange area, the market and Sara at the front desk was very nice.

Negative: I was called by staff and told my room was ready and I could arrive at anytime and check in. Once I arrived I was told the room wouldn’t be ready for 4 more hours. The beds were hard, sink didn’t drain in the room, could hear everything in the rooms attached. Just expected more for the reviews I had seen. Everyone checking in at the same time made a giant cluster at the front desk.
