- No parties, as this is a residential neighborhood. Neighbors will call the police if you are disrespectful. No smoking indoors otherwise you will be charged an additional cleaning fee and we ask that cigarette smokers kindly smoke in the front driveway area & dispose of cigarettes properly. By booking you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $250 and will be subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
If there is excessive clean up, trash/odor removal there will be a $250 fee.

Summary: We enjoyed the stay. There are a few minor things. The living room furniture is not comfortable for a family to sit and watch tv. There should be more than one tv. A tv at outside seating would be great. Thicker towels and hangers would be great. The place was very clean The pool area is awesome so is the kitchen. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare food. Lots of pool toys and beach towels. We had a great vacation

Summary: This house is gorgeous inside and out. The house had everything we needed for our getaway. To start, the back yard had a pool and plenty of shade. My kids loved the pool and the adults loved the shade. We are a beach family and they had chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and even a beach wagon. The inside was just as nice and clean as the outside. Kitchen and bathroom was fully stocked. They even label the light switch which was very helpful and nice touch. The only downside was that we couldnt stay longer.

Summary: We had a great weekend at this place, the house had absolutely everything one would need for a vacation. Gaby and Troy though of every single detail, from a highchair for my baby to beer in the fridge to welcome us. The pool is just as perfect as it looks in the pictures . I strong recommend it

Summary: We booked The Banana Inn for a small celebration for my mother's 80th birthday. I was very pleased with Gaby's swift responses to my questions about the property and was very happy, upon arrival, to find that the home is in a very convenient location (only a couple blocks walking distance from the heart of Lake Worth). The home is very well designed and appointed, with hotel-like amenities in the bathrooms, and the kitchen was stocked with all of the tools we needed to cook meals at the property. My family was very impressed. We enjoyed ourselves by the pool and used the BBQ, and also everyone mentioned that they slept very comfortably in the beds. Kudos to the owners of the Banana Inn and a brilliant restoration and for providing true hospitality!
