Positive: Great location, property was well maintained, clean, wash room, secure and easy to locate. It's in super close proximity to shopping, restaurants, gas and convenience stores. There's a Publix directly across the street with a Starbucks! Owners communicated extremely prompt and ensured our stay was pleasant.

Negative: The issue we encountered was that the trash had not been taken out of the garage and the smell was horrible upon entering and lingered for some time.

Positive: The proprety was excellent, everything was ready to welcome us, the info provided was on point! Check in was a breeze.

Negative: They should put more stuff in the home… ( towels, toilet papers, trash bag) i had to write every single day because one of those thing was not enough. There was only 2 large towels when we were 4 peoples. Not enough toilet paper and trash bag was provided i had to buy my one before the proprety responded to my request and send someone with it. Last but not least a pool would be excellent for this facility my kids like the pool i had to pay so they can go for a swim for 2 hours.

Positive: Proximity to beach and walking distance to grocery store.

Negative: No toiletries in bathroom. Got in late, has to shower with hand soap until grocery store opened the next day. Guest only provided minimum toilet tissue and paper towels. Had to replace them too. The floors were not clean either.

Positive: Super clean beautiful modern townhome! Definitely recommended very convenient location 15 minutes to the beach and a Publix grocery store across the street. Second story deck with chairs soo nice .

Negative: Water pressure could’ve been a little stronger in the master bath shower wise. Honestly tho we all loved the place.
