Summary: This property is a lovely property . Very spacious good location . The house is a little cluttered with furnishing and garden could be a little better kept like grass being cut around pool . Furniture around the house like couches and garden furniture is not very comfortable . Overall thou a lovely spacious property and would come back again just property needs a little more tlc

Summary: We received a very nice welcome by Chris, after driving for over 4h with small kids she gave us a brief tour as we where eager to relax after the long drive. They also gave us some tips on what to visit keeping the kids in mind. The house itself was very clean and beautiful and we got to enjoy the new kitchen. Garden & pool where perfect & gave us a real holiday feeling. We can only recommend!

Summary: It’s a nice place to stay - the layout is a little quirky, fine for a big group of family but essentially you have two rooms for four (two double beds on split levels in each) and one room for two, plus a sofa bed in the lounge. Kitchen was well equipped and the pool was enjoyed by all.

Summary: Spent 3 weeks with the family. House was very much as listed. Nice pool good size and well used. Only 5 sunloungers for 8 adults but other seating available. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Beautiful village, nice pool and seatings outside including bbq! Some rooms have a nicer look and feel than others but that was fine. Please note that you need to pay extra for towels and linen.

Summary: Our party of six adults and three children just came back from a great week in this beautiful house. The house is very functional, well fitted, charming and nicely decorated. We spent many evenings barbequeing in the beautiful garden. The pool is not huge, but perfect for cooling down after a day in the blazing sun (we had 30 degrees plus most of the week!). The village Montigny is small and very charming. The nearest shops/services are in the village Jonchery, just 3-4 km away. We rented bikes for the whole week (rented and delivered by Bikeenergy)and this turned out to be a perfect location for cycling. The countryside is full of gravel roads and paths that make out great cycling routes of different length and difficulty. Cycling on the roads is fine as the traffic isn't too bad and the drivers are good. We also visited Reims (beautiful cathedral) and nearby champagne producers. All in all - a wonderful holiday and a great house with great hosts!!!

Summary: Our family of 10 (3 generations, including a 2 year old) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming, spacious house in Montigny. The weather even allowed us to enjoy the pool. Grilling and eating meals among the garden's blooming roses after a hard day's work of visiting vineyards and champagne houses with the necessary tastings in and around Reims and Epernay was especially relaxing. Our hosts were warm, welcoming and responsive. We gladly recommend this property to any family seeking a place to sojourn within easy reach of all the Champagne has to offer. The one watch out is that two of the bedrooms are accessed through the two bedrooms below them.

Summary: We went with 10 people to the house of family Leconte. Ms. Leconte did welcome us personally and give us the grand tour. The next morning after having a nice breakfast they brought us wood for the fireplace. We went to several Champagne houses and spend the evening in the house with a great dinner and some good stories around the fireplace. Thank you for such a great weekend and such a lovely home!
