Summary: Steve was very responsive with all communications. He even greeted us upon arrival and let us in and showed us a few things. As advertised, If you can make do with small microwave and refrigerator and without a ‘kitchen’ sink, coffee pot & chest of drawers…this will work for you. Bed was comfortable. We would stay again!

Summary: Steve was a great host. The room had exactly what we needed and was convenient to I25 and the airport. There is construction on the main road, so some delays there, but nothing you can't work with. We were there on the hot days, so the fan in the closet came in very handy. If we ever make it back to Albuquerque, we will definitely look to see if Steve place is available.

Summary: The room was nice with a bed, sofa, table, small fridge, microwave and tv. The bathroom was nice and clean. But there weren’t any plates, or microwave safe bowls or plates to eat food up in. Only a box of plastic spoons.

Summary: This rental was comfy, clean, quiet, and convenient--everything a traveler would want! The owner was unobtrusive but made himself available in case there was anything we needed. Everything we wanted to visit was within a 15 minute drive. We would HIGHLY recommend this rental to visitors to Albuquerque!
