Summary: The property was better than advertised! The pictures are amazing but does not do it justice. You have everything you need without even leaving the property. The entertainment areas and outside areas are perfect! The pool was perfect to relax in. 5* rating. The interaction with the property manager was excellent. Very nice and responsive. Had a couple rainy days but this property has so many things to do to help pass the rainy days.

Summary: Me and my family enjoyed our stay at the Island Escape at Fern. The property was clean, well taken care of, and offered a private backyard getaway. The carport under the house made unloading a breeze. The living room offered plenty of natural light and the motorized shades made it easy to turn in for the night. The back porch offers a very nice, secluded area for outdoor dinners. The whole house was immaculate and the welcome cleaning package was a nice touch.The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and very well put together. The location on the island was centrally located and made getting to the beach very easy. Overall, an amazing property and would definitely stay here again.
