Cute 1 Bedroom Cottage located on Lake Martin in the Jackson’s Gap area. Enjoy the sunsets from the Deck while cooking your dinner on the charcoal grill. Or roast marshmallows over a the fire pit. Private Dock perfect for your boat or for enjoying the water. The bedroom features a King Sized Bed, TV and a Desk. The Living Room has additional sleeping space in a Queen Sized Hide-a-Bed Couch. Fully stocked Kitchen has both a Kuerig and Drip Coffee Maker. Washer and Dryer are located in the unit for you use.
There are multiple Security Cameras located on the exterior of the property. The Security Camera are motion activated video and audio units overlooking 1). The Parking Area, 2). The Boat Dock, and 3). Yard. There is also a camera located on the next door Boat Dock that overlooks the entry door and part of the Deck.
We have full water access during summer pool (April - October) which is perfect for swimming, boating, and fishing off the dock. Between November & March, the water levels decrease as part of a conservation initiative of Alabama Power. Boa not have access to the dock during the winter months. Boats can be launched from the public ramps all year long but would have to be removed from the lake each day. Kayaks can be carried into the water all year long.
PET POLICY and FEE - We allow up to 2 dogs (no size limit). The Pet Fee is $100 per visit. The Pet Fee can be paid via Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal. The Pet Fee is applicable for your pets and for visiting guest's pets. You will be responsible for the pet fee upon arrival at the home. The PetFee can be paid by Venmo, PayPal, CashApp or check.

Summary: We had the best time staying at this house. We have stayed here a few times it’s cozy and clean! Having a boat slip makes it’s so convenient to slip in the boat and take it out. Can’t wait to come back!

Summary: We celebrated our 27 anniversary at Lemonaide Cottage and I can't imagine a more perfect trip. It was so cute with a dock for our boat. It was quiet and we enjoyed sitting outside watching the resident duck family. We explored different islands and locations on lake Martin everday. The sunsets were spectacular from our boat. The bed was so comfy with very soft sheets. Our greyhounds enjoyed the trip and lake. The cottage was perfect for them as well. I would give our hosts 10 stars if possible! They are fabulous. They are very responsive and made every aspect of our trip perfect. Even after our trip they were amazing. I left my wedding set and messaged Justine. She went to the cottage and found them. We will absolutely be staying again very soon.

Summary: This place was perfect for a relaxing getaway! We brought our Pontoon boat and explored the beautiful lake. We spent most of our time docked at the beautiful beaches off the islands on the lake swimming. Night time we sat down off the dock and listened to frogs and watched the stars. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. The property had everything we needed and was very clean. We can not wait to book our next trip there!
