Summary: We had a wonderful time at this well appointed rental in beautiful Peconic. The house is just as described by the Host. Everything you could think of was provided. It has a great sunrise off the rear patio. It’s in walking distance of the water. It’s close to Love lane, wineries, and very nice restaurants. The host is very accommodating and responsive. We recommend this listing very highly!!! You won’t be disappointed.

Summary: This house is truly amazing. Everything is exactly as the description says, or even better. It is located off the beaten path, but close enough to easily get to all of the fun spots! Our group has stayed at the house twice and can’t wait for our next visit. Mae is very responsive and has everything set up to maximize an effortless stay.

Summary: The Beach House was an ideal fit for our family group. It was clean and well equipped. The beach is a five minute walk. The North Fork area is delightful this time of year. Mae has provided an excellent list of restaurants and places of interest. We also had the benefit of gorgeous fall weather. All and all, an excellent holiday.
