There are two good sized bedrooms, both have comfortable queen sized beds with crisp white linen. Generous wardrobe space is also provided.
The apartment has one modern bathroom with shower and a separate toilet room. The kitchen is fully equipped including a fridge/freezer, gas hob and full electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee capsule machine.
The convenient location offers walking access to the central city and businesses. Amenities including cafes, restaurants , shopping malls, supermarkets, Waikato Stadium, Seddon Park, Hamilton Lake, the Waikato River walks and more are also close by. The Waikato Hospital and Waikato Events Centre are a further 20-30 minute walk away or a short 5 minute drive.

Summary: This property is great for us, we have booked it several times for our staff that travel to Hamilton for work weeks …. The apartments is in great location, very comfortable and equipped with the basics for breakfast etc … Judi is a great host and has excellent communication .. would highly recommend for holidays of small groups / families

Summary: Communication from the owner was very clear and just as explained. Apartment is a wonderful central location and the deck is a great spot to spend time in the sun relaxing. Thoughtful touches from the owner made arrival stress free and were appreciated. Definitely recommend, we will be booking again.
