2 Bedroom Cabin in Marble

Beautiful cozy cabin in Western NC with year round mountain views. This cabin is located on a private peaceful lot with plenty of space for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. It features 2 full bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, family room, dining room and a full kitchen with breakfast bar. Each bedroom has its own full private bathroom. The cabin can comfortably sleep 6-8 guests. Master bedroom has a king size bed and electric stove fireplace, and guest bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also a futon couch in main living area with another electric log fireplace. Also features a full kitchen with a breakfast bar for added seating for meals, etc. There is also an extra couch in downstairs family room and some cots for sleeping a few more.
There are 2 very large decks upper and lower for sitting around and enjoying the year round mountain views! The upper deck has a full charcoal smoker grill that is large enough for dinner for 10 or more. Also, on the upper deck is a patio table and 6 chairs for dinners, drinks, games, etc..
Lower deck has a couple of rocking chairs that are perfect for a morning cup of coffee and right outside master bedroom.
There is so much to do in the area from whitewater rafting, kyaking, fishing, hiking, ziplining, horseback riding, or site seeing all the beautiful waterfalls in the area. The cabis is just a few miles from all the action! It is also located just minutes away from the new Harrah s Casino if you like gambling or go for a drive or motorcycle ride on the famous Tail of the Dragon which is also just a few miles away. Or go for a dip at a swimming hole at base of one of the falls called Bust your Butt Falls.
There are several lakes in the area where you can swim or rent a boat or pontoon. The boat rental places also rent tubes, skis, and kyaks! Or take a scenic ride on the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad! All of these great things are anywhere from 5 mins to 30 mins away!
There are 3 TVs, DVD Player, surround system, movies, games, etc. All linens, towels, kichen utensils are furnished. Nothing to bring except food and clothes!

Notes: This cabin is located up Zekes Trail, a private road and subdivision. The cabin is located at about 2000 ft. elevation up a gravel road and are steep in areas. Vehicles should be put into Lo Drive and keep a constant speed of 10-15 mph as needed. Avoid stopping and spinning of wheels and follow posted road signs. No Motorcycles, No Trailers, No ATVs, and No RVs permitted.

Summary: I wish we could have stayed longer but really enjoyed our vacation getaway. John and Hollie sent a message the day before and let us know if we needed anything to feel free to contact them. House was clean and beautiful. Love the coffee bar and view is absolutely the best. The driveway is a little rough and need use 4wheel drive but not too bad. There is a ramp on side we needed since husband is in wheelchair so that was also a plus. Ramp is a little steep and need to make sure behind and in front of wheelchair to guide/push for safety up and down but manageable. It was nice to sit and enjoy coffee with the mountain view. Highly recommend this cabin All pictures are exactly what you will see if you choose as a getaway for vacation.

Summary: My husband and I wanted a peaceful weekend getaway, centrally located in the area of Murphy and Bryson City, with long range views and this cabin was the perfect choice! John and Hollie have equipped this outstanding home with all the comforts of your own home. The first floor master suite with sitting area was all we needed for comfort. The king sized bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. There are 3 full baths in this home! We found this home exactly as described and had no trouble accessing it. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the porch and just gazing out at the fantastic mountain views. We plan to return frequently and will make this cabin our go to place to always stay. Thank you John And Hollie for providing a wonderful cabin for guests to stay.

Summary: Great cozy cabin to stay in, couldn't ask for better views. There is a cabin close to you but you feel secluded the way the cabin is facing. Road to cabin is not to bad there is one sharp curve but we made it in a mini van so no big deal. Cabin was the best well stocked cabin we have ever stayed at and again great views.

Summary: We loved the views from this beautiful, very well maintained cabin! The location is remote and very peaceful and quiet. We were able to see all the wonderful fall leaves that had changed and the long range mountain views were incredible! The hosts were very responsive and do a great job. Our stay made my Wife's 50th Birthday a very happy experience.
