This fully renovated and tastefully decorated home is perfect for a relaxing family or friend getaway, to come enjoy the sun and sand, while also being perfectly located and close to so many other fun activities!
The big open kitchen has a huge island perfect for gatherings. There’s so much natural lighting, that pours into the living room and kitchen, creating a truly luxurious and peaceful vacation.
Each bedroom has a California king bed and a TV, the larger bedroom has an attached bathroom, with a walk in glass shower. The other bathroom is just across the hall from the 2nd bedroom. There’s 2 large closets either for storage or big enough for a pack n play or crib, if needed.
After your day at the beach, come back and use the outdoor shower with hot & cold water, and relax on the 2nd story deck.
This fully renovated and updated beach house also has a children’s nook - an adorable cottage aesthetic on the outside, leading to a quiet nook that’s under the staircase. Perfect for a small play area for kiddos.

Summary: We loved our stay! Chose a VRBO bc we were in town for a visit at Mayo and wanted more space to stretch out while not at doctor appointments. The location was excellent, just a short walk to downtown Neptune Beach shops and restaurants. The house was exactly as described - the coffee setup was awesome too! Everything we needed.

Summary: Great neighborhood great location. Super close proximity to the beach and to the town of Neptune. The inside of the house was comfortable and it met our needs as it was a great base to visit our daughter and family for theholidays.

Summary: We were in town to visit a new addition to our family with two under two of our own. This clean renovated home provided a safe and convenient home base. We pulled our wagon to town for coffee each morning and then to the beach. Room for pack and plays upstairs made nap time work while others chatted downstairs. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return!
