Gorgeous 5BD/3BTH, 2 story home. Sleeps 12 (4 queen beds/4 single).
This home is located in popular Pea Hill Creek. Screened deck, lower patio, dock, fenced back yard and private beach!
Stunning sunrise morning views perfect to ease into your day with a cup of coffee on the screened deck overlooking the lovely yard.
There are 5 TVs with HDMI capability.

The space
Walking into the main floor you have a large dining, living area with fireplace, ceiling fan, large flatscreen tv that leads to a screened porch with a beautiful view of the lake. To the left is the first queen room with a private door to the screened porch and a gorgeous window overlooking the lake and dock. Off to the right is the kitchen, full bath and a small hallway that leads to the queen primary suite with private full bath. Next is the second queen room with a twin bed as well. Heading downstairs to the 3rd Queen Bedroom and bedroom with two twin beds and another twin bed in the rec room, there is also a full bathroom. The lower level has another living area and a rec room with a pool table and ping pong table, there is also another mid size refrigerator perfect for those extra drinks and a wine fridge. This lower living area takes you out to A charming patio with more out door seating and the fully fenced yard with a short walk to the private dock and beach! There is a lovely decked pathway to the boat dock. The washer/dryer is located in the back of the rec room.
The boat dock has a ladder for swimming, sun deck, and a private sandy beach! There are three kayaks and 2 SUPs for your use. There is boat parking available on the side of the dock and a boat slip with a pontoon ready lift.
You will need to bring your own bed linens, bath towels and lake towels.
Starter Rolls of TP , Paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry soap and handsoap will be available.

Summary: Beautiful location. Really enjoyed the water equipment included with the property. And a lot of time on the screened in porch with a beautiful view of the lake. Dock was in need of repair but the owner was taking care of it.

Summary: Very nice home with a fenced in yard - great for pets and small kids! Awesome lake views. The boat dock is in need of repairs. This section of the creek was extremely busy on the weekends, but very peaceful during the week. It was hard to manuever a boat trailer in and out of the driveway because of the location of the trees in the middle. Loved the pool table/ping pong table. Not alot of entertainment for small kids. Owner was easy to contact and responsive. Beautiful neighborhood for walking. Overall had a great time!

Summary: We really enjoyed our long weekend with dear friends and their kiddos. Kids ages ranged from newborn to 9.5 and all were entertained down by/on the water.

Summary: We had a great time at the property. There was more than enough room for our family. The kids had a blast in the game room. Even in the fall time we were able to spend time outside on the water and in the screened in porch. I definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.
