Positive: A perfect and caring host. The house has a great layout and a great private terrace where parts are covered to protect from sun. Easy to find parking and 3 supermarkets with necessities and several restaurants within walking distance. A great walk at the ocean that starts very close to the house. In general a very peace full place.

Negative: You can always find some minor details. There are a motor cross site within listening distance and an air strip and they have some activities you notice from the terrace.

Summary: A peace of private paradise.
