Summary: We wanted a place to stay while we fished the St Joe. The location is secluded and quiet and were even had deers visit the property during our stay. The host was very communicative and available and made everything easy. Just don’t use Waze to get there! Apple Maps gives a better driving experience due to its recommended drive path. 🙂

Summary: Overall a wonderful experience unfortunately marred by the painful experience of seeing so much USFS as well as private and cooperate land. After having spent the summers of 1957-1961 working on the St. Joe National Forest (renamed the Idaho Panhandle National Forest, except for District 5, Potlatch that was absorbed by the Cleaarwater National Forest.

Summary: We stayed here for Christmas and had a wonderful time. The cabin was perfect for our needs. We live in a tiny house and the kitchen was bigger than ours at home so we were able to comfortably cook a nice Christmas dinner. Highly recommended

Summary: We just spent 3 nights at this lovely cabin. It was very clean and has all the comforts of home. It even had an air conditioner in the main living area to keep things cool during St. Marie’s warm summers. We will be back!
