Summary: We had 14 guys in town for a golf weekend and the house setup couldn't have been better. Loved the outdoor area and close proximity to train station and great food options. Host was very helpful.

Summary: The house was perfect for us as all of the rooms were on one floor which make it easy with my elderly parents. The deck was huge with plenty of seating, the pool was awesome. We didn’t utilize the tennis or basketball court but it sure was impressive. Pat the owner is a real nice fair guy. The pool table in the open concept living space was the biggest hit. Fun, relaxed, lived in house with a casual atmosphere, where you can just let loose and not have to worry.

Summary: Pat was an amazing host and me and my friends really enjoyed our stay...I think the pictures do not do the place enough justice...the amenities were amazing and perfect for a weekend away. We had plenty of room. My only complaint is that the cleaning/check in took longer than expected because the previous guests left late, but Pat let us hang out at the house earlier while they cleaned and use the amenities. Overall a very enjoyable experience and would love to stay again!

Summary: We loved our stay ! The house is big and very nice, we were 15 but didn't feel like it, there is plenty of space for everyone. The pictures are not very representative: each bedroom is pretty big with private bathroom, and there is a pool table in the living room ! Huge terrace with barbecue, tennis court, swimming pool... it was a perfect long-weekend. Thanks again for everything Pat !

Summary: Our group of 8 enjoyed our stay in Westhampton while attending a family wedding. The house had plenty of room for comfortable gathering and socializing. And the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom was a big plus. Thick towels were plentiful. The weather did not allow us an opportunity to check out the pool, but the tennis court let us play our favorite family sport of "whackaball". We are into board games and the table area accommodated our needs. The kitchen was well-utilized for preparing those family-type meals we all enjoy. Anything we needed, including the LIRR access, was very convenient. Thanks for a great time, Patrick!!

Summary: House is set back off the road but in bad condition. The deck is in need of a an overhaul as is the pool and tennis court. Broken fence surrounding the court which my nephew cut his foot on making a layup. Broken chairs around the pool, rust on the pool steps, freezing pool which couldn’t be utilized, broken toilet in one bedroom and a pool table that was completely dangerous and falling apart at the seams-literally. I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to alert people about the house. This is more of a fraternity house than a family retreat. Even my oldest daughter wouldn’t stay in the room as it smelled and the mattress was covered in plastic. Waste of money and I am not pleased.
