The Space:
This stunning, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome is a newer build featuring bright open living spaces, incredible views, spacious sleeping areas, and beautiful outdoor spaces including a hot tub.
Enter the home on the ground floor where you are greeted by a bright entryway featuring high open ceilings, a modern design staircase, and plenty of space to store your shoes and jackets. Guests can also access the entryway of the home through the attached garage, making it convenient for unloading necessities from your car.
Head up the stairs to the first floor, where you will find a modernly designed open living space featuring the living room, kitchen, and dining area with access to an outdoor balcony. This inviting space boasts beautiful hardwood floors, exposed wood shelves, a stunning all-white kitchen, and a dining space flooded with natural light.
In the living room, relax by the electric fire on the two polyester-style couches and two leather chairs as you enjoy a movie night on the 65” smart TV complete with a Sonos sound bar. The space is warmed up with a large designer rug over the hardwood floors, queen-sized pull-out bed, a rectangular coffee table, and floating wooden shelves for a cozy home ambiance.
Off the living room, you can access the large balcony through the sliding glass door, which provides ample light and great views straight from the living room couch. The balcony overlooks the front entry and the Jordanelle Reservoir and includes an outdoor couch and two chairs, an outdoor fire pit, as well as a Weber gas grill.
To the right of the living room is the kitchen area, a bright and beautiful space that is almost too pretty to cook in! Featuring lovely white cabinetry, white countertops, tiled backsplash, and stainless steel appliances, this fully stocked kitchen is ready for the chef or baker in your group to whip up some tasty treats. Take advantage of the large kitchen bar, where you will find four barstools, a perfect spot to do some work, enjoy meals or snacks, and stay connected with the group no matter where in the space they are.
Next to the kitchen is the dining area, a light-filled space with a large wood dining table with four comfortable fabric chairs and one large wood bench providing seating for six. The space is complete with built-in cabinets, a wine fridge, and a large sliding glass door leading out to a second outdoor space that features a small patio area. You will feel as if you are dining outside as you take in the views out of the glass doors from the table!
A few steps up from the living room, you will come to a half-bathroom. The half bathroom is conveniently located for common area use and includes a single sink and toilet, under-the-sink storage, a step stool for children, and two windows providing views over the surrounding mountains.
On the second level, you will find three bedrooms and an additional two bathrooms, creating a nice separation of living and sleeping areas in the home.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a beautiful wooden bedframe and two matching nightstands. The room is filled with natural light and includes a private balcony with two chairs and a small table with views over the Jordanelle Reservoir. In this room, you can enjoy a morning coffee on your private balcony, or take some quiet time and watch a show on the mounted 43” smart TV. The master bedroom is complete with an attached full bathroom separated from the bedroom by a sliding barn door. The bathroom includes two detached single-sink vanities, a spacious tiled free-standing shower with a wooden bench/stool, a private toilet area, and a door leading into a walk-in closet.
Across the hallway, you will find the other two bedrooms and a bathroom. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, a 43” smart TV, two bedside tables with lamps, and a large closet. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds with a twin-sized pull-out trundle and is set up as a kid's room with books and games. There is also a mounted 43” TV, a center console, and cubby space for storage, and a large walk-in closet with hangers.
Between the two bedrooms is a full bathroom with a double-sink vanity, a bathtub/shower combo, step stools for children, and ample storage space. In addition, you will find a large closet space featuring a washer and dryer in the upstairs hallway.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including free parking on the premises for five vehicles, the driveway can fit four vehicles and the garage can fit 1 vehicle comfortably.
We have laundry machines in the top floor hallway closet available for guests to use. We do our best to provide detergent, but it sometimes runs out between guests, so just let us know if you need a refill.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the city of Hideout, this beautiful home is the perfect gateway to experience Park City, with many of the area's best outdoor spots located within a 15-minute drive. Head over to the serene Jordanelle Reservoir, one of Utah’s more popular state parks, where you will find a variety of activities to enjoy, such as scenic hiking, boating, mountain biking trails, and, in the summer months, water sports park. In the winter enjoy skiing at the new Mayflower Resort just a few minutes away from Jordanelle Reservoir. Find both Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort less than ten miles away, and Canyons Resort, the largest ski resort in Park City, just ten miles from the home! Or make the 15-minute drive downtown and enjoy the many eateries, breweries, museums, shops, and other entertainment options found in the Main Street Historic District. Whatever type of adventure you are after a while in Park City, the location of this modern home provides easy access for you to enjoy it all.
Getting Around:
This home provides easy access to endless outdoor recreation activities with UT-248W and HWY 189S minutes away. Many of the area's best outdoor spots are within 15-minutes from the home such as Jordanelle Reservoir and several of the area's best ski resorts. Or, drive the 15-minutes to town and visit Park City’s historic Main Street, where you can ride the FREE Main Street Trolley to explore the area. The nearest bus stop to the home is the Prospector Stop. However, this is around a half-mile walk along a busy road, so we strongly encourage having car rentals or organized transportation during your stay. Uber/Lyft are also always available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note, this home is in a relatively new neighborhood, with construction in progress in certain areas. Guests may hear construction noise during business hours when outside the home, however, no noise is heard inside the home.

Summary: Great place… clean, comfortable, close to PC and a perfect hot tub to relax after a day of riding.Cleaning fee a little steep but other than that I would highly recommend..Thank you for the memories

Summary: Check in process was good, anytime I had a question it was answered within a short time. The place was exactly as described clean and brand new. The fireplace put out great vibes and soothing ambiance. The neighborhood was quiet. We immensely enjoyed our views of the mountains and reservoir! The short drive to park city was a daily drive and not inconvenient. Only a 15min drive to Walmart or historic Main Street (minor traffic congestion to be expected). The sauna was a welcome site after a day of skiing and easy to open, set up and close. 5 stars all around!

Summary: We stayed in here to ski at Park City and Deer Valley. Both were easy to get to, about a 15 minute drive. The condo itself is beautiful and well equipped. The kitchen has everything we needed. We didn't travel with our kids but I noticed and appreciated the kid friendly amenities--kids plates, step stools, games, etc. The app was helpful as well. Two very minor things that did not impact our overall rating. It would be helpful to have a few more washcloths, and until tree cover shields the hot tub from the road it may be nice to have some sort of privacy screen. It felt a little exposed being in plain sight of the road. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would stay here again!

Summary: We vacationed in this lovely townhouse for 2 weeks. Had a little hiccup the first day but management took care of it quickly. Kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook and stay in but Park City is a quick 11 minute drive to eat out. Beds are very comfortable and the hot tub is a plus. Would stay here again.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here in the Hideout. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. The location was great for us. We spent most of the time playing games and baking while watching mountains of snow fall. It was a very great time.
