Positive: The place is very peaceful and beautiful. The gardens are well though and the area is very private and spacious. The views from the lake and the volcanoes from the pier are stunning.
Negative: We found sand in one of the showers and the internet failed during one night. However, it was fixed early the next morning.

Positive: Very close to everything and extremely convenient for going out in lanchas. We had a beautiful view of lake Atitlan and were surrounded by a variety of plants and flowers. The people in charge were also extremely friendly and helpful whenever we needed them. Overall my family and I had a wonderful time and we would come again.

Positive: The view was clean, bright, and well maintained. The staff was continually cleaning. The upper deck was awesome for having drinks and playing some board games. I had a great time. Also, Norma was very attentive to us. The benches on the dock are awesome and seeing the sunrise was a great experience.
Negative: The lack of some cooking stuff. A thermometer would be fine, and bigger pans would be better.

Positive: The host was so friendly and helpful. She goes out of her way to assist. The property was spotless and really well equipped. The super size bed was so comfy for people like us with bad backs.
Negative: Hard to find fault. The main road can be busy so book one of the villas nearest the water and you will be fine.

Positive: The buildings are spacious and would be good for a family, they’re new and well laid out. Norma was very helpful and friendly
Negative: It was difficult to get tuk tuks from town as the location didn’t show up on google maps. We were locked out on the dock for 30 mins despite sharing our arrival time and multiple messages and calls to the numbers provided. Initially we were unsure what dates we’d be staying so I made two bookings 27-31 and 29-31. I then cancelled the second booking on 20th October and had screenshots to show this - they then tried to make me pay extra money accusing me of a no show despite me having the cancellation email. They said they put us in a bigger room and therefore we had to pay, we refused as we just went to the room that we had been directed too. This place has a lot of potential if the admin ran it better Toilet leaked and toilet door got locked from outside and continually jammed
