Summary: The housekeeping staff and restaurant staff were excellent . The front desk staff is an issue , we witnessed many arguments with guests and the front desk staff . They have a beautiful restaurant on the beach that is only open for breakfast, doesn’t make any sense .

Summary: Great hotel, close to everything but the boardwalk. We don’t even venture to the boardwalk and barely used the car, everything was so close. Right on the beach with an indoor pool. The elevators were VERY slow, in the hotel and the parking garage, painfully slow. We had ocean view rooms, the balcony was small, but big enough for two people to sit. I would not recommend getting a room poolside, it was always loud 10am-10pm going through there. Nothing terrible, but kids playing and when the weather is bad, they bring the tables in with live music. The restaurants were good, but very expensive - you pay for conscience. Overall, a great stay!

Summary: Above average hotel experience. Pros: great location, easy access to the beach, and the rooms have upgraded interiors (we stayed at a family suite). Not to be underrated. Cons: mediocre service at the connected restaurant Schooner's (and the food was also mediocre) and fitness room needs upgrading (old / danky machines).

Summary: This was my first time staying at Princess Royale and we will definitely be back! The hotel was so convenient to everything you could need. The rooms were beautifully updated and the beds/linens were very comfortable. Every staff member I came into contact with was so polite and helpful. Whether it be the grounds, rooms, lobby or the pool area everything was kept clean and always someone around to help. We had a partial view which I wasn’t sure how that would be but it was perfect. Still had a view of the ocean with a little bit lesser of a price!

Summary: Great stay! Super quick check-in, and the location couldn’t be better — right by the beach, which made it so easy with the kids. We loved having the indoor pool right along the way back from the beach for a quick rinse and swim. The kitchenette was perfect for making breakfast and lunches, definitely saved us money. Very clean, family-friendly, and the staff was super accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: The view was amazing. Our room was excellent. Having help unloading and loading our things was awesome especially with a 1 year old in tow. The breakfast was great. Pool was nice as was the pool bar for a quick drink. Everyone was very very kind. There wasn’t any loud or craziness that you can run into closer to the boardwalk. The beach was perfect, the grassy areas and little arcade was great for the kids. The balcony was my only concern, I couldn’t allow my one year old out there as the railing was a bit shaky and it made us nervous. I did love tv’s in two rooms for at night relax time my teen was able to watch his own show and my toddler his cartoons. The kitchenette and all the items supplied was great for us. This will for sure be our place to stay moving forward.

Summary: We had an amazing trip, first time staying and we felt like we were on a cruise ship! Our room was spacious and the view incredible, slept the best listening to the ocean. Staff was friendly and respinsive to anything we needed. Beds were comfortable, rooms so clean, and nice to have a kitchen. Parking lot was easy access and the bell hop was so nice to have. We highly recommend and will definitely stay again.
