Positive: We loved Bobby's hospitality the amazing views and the chef's nightly offerings. Bobby is an exceptional host: humble, kind and generous. He answered every question we had about the community, trees, wildlife and local fruits. He did his best to accommodate our diets, remembered what we loved and offered us more if it was available( gratitudes for the sugar cane Bobby!) The views from the guest house was absolutely stunning and worth the drive up the mountain. There were so many varieties of birds, lizards and trees that I lounged on the balcony the first day and feasted my eyes on nature's offerings. The food is Amazing!!! You would not know it from the humble accommodations that you would he dining on resort quality meals for breakfast and dinner but you will be. Bobby procures fresh fruits from his land and designs a beautiful breakfast plate each day along with the region's coffee or fresh herb tea. Dinner is a delight from chef Imar,a trained culinary chef who designs beautiful plates nightly with even more delicious flavors. We were happy with our meals every day.

Positive: I enjoyed my stay. Secluded and calm except a loud bar in the valley one night. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great views. I enjoyed hiking to a Nyabinghi Rastafarian communuty living in the nearby mountais and joining their spiritual service.

Positive: Very pretty and laidback guesthouse in the middle of the Blue Mountains. Good base for walks.

Negative: The road down to the property is really in deplorable condition. It would not advise it to inexperienced drivers or for saloon cars.

Positive: The position of Prince Valley GH is superb - nestled on the side of a hidden valley. Our room (Tree House) was great if a bit uneven! Food very good - breakfasts of everything you could want prepared by Bobby and dinners by Terence the chef always tasty. Lots of walking: to Craigton coffee plantation and Newcastle Hill Station/Catherines Peak well worth a trip. Also historic Strawberry Hill hotel recommended for its food and ambiance. You’ll need a taxi to get there but the music history, views and service great. Bobby very helpful and knowledgeable for advice. He sent a driver (Desmond) to pick us up from Kingston as the road to Prince Valley not for the faint hearted.

Negative: Our stay was all great.

Summary: Authentic Blue Mountain stay - nothing we could fault.

Positive: It is a major adventure to get to (perhaps not for the faint-hearted), but so worth it. We arrived just after sundown (making the road that much more of a challenge) but we were then welcomed by Bobby and staff. Our room was simple but spacious and clean, and brightly coloured and comfortable. The guest house is a maze of interconnected buildings with a lovely roof-top dining area. The meal was excellent, and we slept well afterward. We woke to birdsong and amazing views over surrounding hills and beautiful tropical gardens, decorated by a long-tailed humming bird outside our window. The breakfast was also delicious. All great value. Will definitely stay again.

Positive: Great place, good vibe, good food. Rooms are basic but adequate. No hot water but a kettle and bowl are provided. Fabulous setting and views. Booby was very friendly and his directions to the property were spot on.

Negative: Not anyones fault it but take it very slowly on the access road leading to the property.
