Positive: I liked that it was walkable to a few attractions and museums. The hotel itself was good, staff are helpful.and friendly. The pool.was good, and consistently warm.
Negative: The lifts are a bit slow. They did consistently work however they maybe just need looked at as they could be quite slow.

Positive: Perfect location within walking or biking distance of the old city, the beach and science museum. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area as well. We liked the option to rent a bike or use the spa. Breakfast and food options were good.
Negative: The elevators! They were so slow, on mornings it was not unusual to wait 10 minutes for a spot to be available.

Negative: The SPA was a disappointment, it was small...We just checked it, didnt go. Too exepensive also.
