Positive: Lovely reception staff, bike hire, big comfy bed and nice clean room. The location is great - not far from the beach or main town. Great for a short stay.

Negative: The water in the swimming pool was cloudy (seemed a bit dirty) and the pool seating was ok but not very comfortable. For this reason we didn’t use it much and also the spa was closed which was a shame. But the garden is lovely and the pool bar is good.

Positive: Excellent location, Spacious room, underground car park, pleasant bar and restaurant, with good menu. Next door to El Corte Ingles. Excellent cafe is part of the hotel. Good selection of restaurants in the area. Can recommend TGN . 5 minutes walk.

Negative: No complaints at all.

Positive: great hotel in walking distance to the museums, a quick taxi ride to the old town. the spa was excellent and great value to the residents. There was a shopping mall across the street and El Cortes shop next door.

Negative: toiletries like tissues or ear buds in the bathroom weren't there but it did say to just ask. Shampoo and body lotion readily available.
