Positive: Host messaged immediately after booking and emailed a guidebook that provided very detailed and very clear instructions on room location, parking, and other guidelines. Room location was great - within walking distance from Youme Town and Beppu Station. Parking lot was a mere half a minute walk away from the room. Room size was large compared to local standards, kept clean and well-equipped with kitchen, fridge, microwave, cutlery, washing machine, iron, separate bathtub & toilet, hairdryer, and etc. Good value for money!

Negative: The Mirror fell on top of my one year old I had put it away but since we were checking out I took it out to place it in the way they had it but somehow she moved it and fell. Probably a high Mirror stuck in the wall would be best.

Positive: The location was good. Parking was actually easy once you've gotten the hang of it. If you only need a place to sleep it's good. If you need a place to relax and be, It's not the option for you.

Negative: The exit light is horrible. It was not really clean clean. Under the beds and Sofa were huge crumbs! The Pillows were so thin. You hear every sound your upstairs neighbour do. Even if they try to stay quite it's not really possible to not hear your neighbour.

Positive: Location wise , it is very good. Easy access and the host was fast replying. Provided with free parking 1 minute walk.

Negative: We were tricked , we got something different from what was advertised. The sheets cleanliness was questionable , we found a stained bandied on one of the sheets. We asked the host if there is bed cover for the extra sofa that was very small and uncomfortable , unfortunately there is non so we had to buy ourselves a bed sheet. I would say that the room was wrongly advertised otherwise it is an OK stay. Isn't comfortable but doable for very short stay , for its price i would say its unfair and clarity would be good. Bed and pillows weren't comfortable and the beds were on the floor.

Summary: It was mid , doable but location wise is good.

Positive: Amenities were amazing. Not just washing machine, washing liquid and bathroom dryer. They have some type of drying rack and lots of hangers. It’s so good for long term travelers. We stayed here 2 adults and 2 young kids, good size room and nice simple furnitures. The beds are low, so good for baby and toddler. Bed sheets are so soft. Nice and comfy thin pillows. Parking spot isn’t in or next to the house but very close. Me and my family really liked here.
