Positive: This is a really hard review to write. Arrived here in the afternoon & found the carpark pretty easily the actual building was just off the carpark area There were 2 of them diagonal from each other. They are basically 'dual key" that is an apartment inside an apartment. Once we figured out which building we entered the second lower door & were pleasantly surprised at what is a very large open plan space. The room has 3 big beds which would easily cater for large groups, a lounge area with two couches a& a t.v Big kitchen area & a 4 seat dining area, then a separate wc & bathroom with a great laundry. The location was pretty good getting in & out with the car was easy & lots of places along the main drag. Even a decent beach nearby. Now the big issue... If you are a light sleeper or have people living upstairs (if u r downstairs) you may be in for a shock. There must be no insulation or just these are prefabricated & very cheap quality units. I must apologise to the Korean boys upstairs if they read this. The Korean boys turned up late & immediately we knew there was an issue with the pounding noise however, they went out & I had a word with them as thought they were up there wrestling (which they weren't a lot of Korean boys are just Big boys) as whole building vibrated when they returned things were a bit quiet the next day a group of Japanese girls were up there & the noise was worse! That's when we knew it wasn't the people but the building... Therefore, in conclusion this one is a 50/50. If the owners spend some money on removing the ceiling & put in some suspended ones with noise reducing insulation will help. However, if you are heavy sleeper or your family group took the whole house top & bottom would probably be ok.

Negative: Something needs to be done about reducing the noise.

Positive: Place is quiet and has privacy and it’s clean. My kids and I had a nice stay.

Negative: I liked the property coz it’s nice but it’ll be more comfortable if the parking area is just near the property .

Summary: Looking forward to stay again.
