Summary: Thank you for leaving the lights on for our late arrival. Our visit to Lexington was fantastic, and your house was perfect for our needs. Its location was ideal--close to friends, UK, shopping, and restaurants. The private, fenced backyard was great for relaxing, shooting hoops, and enjoying the outdoors, while the ample off-street parking was a big plus. Inside, we appreciated the spacious areas for watching games and quieter spots for catching up with friends. The home is beautifully decorated with local items and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Summary: We had a nice stay as a family with 3 teenagers and a senior citizen. The location was great to visit downtown Lexington, Jessamine County and Cincinnati.

Summary: This house was perfect for us. We went to Lexington for our granddaughter’s national cheer competition. The location was close to shopping, restaurants, and UK. The place was clean, and beds were very comfortable. Check-in was very easy. We did not have a need to contact the owner while there, but communication prior to our stay was good. We will definitely be renting this place again if going to Lexington. Definitely recommend this property!

Summary: The location was centrally located for all our trips to the Ark Experience, Kentucky Horse Park, and Woodford. Master bed was comfortable. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The owner left snacks and coffee for us. It was a great trip to a beautiful area.

Summary: Nice outdoor area we utilized a lot. Only about 3 miles from University of Kentucky. Near good coffee shops, restaurants and bars. (Not walkable but a short drive) Uber/Lyfts were not plentiful so don’t count on that. We had a great comfortable stay at this property, we would stay again.

Summary: Location was great for shopping and dining! Easy access to the campus without being caught in the middle of the traffic and chaos of campus! Reallly enjoyed the house neighborhood and character that it provided!

Summary: Stayed here with family for our son and daughter-in-law's graduation from UK. Great location. Cute house with everything we needed. Great, well supplied kitchen, even though we didn't cook much, would be very easy to do there. Loved the outside back patio area to eat and relax outside. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this property.
