Positive: Fantastic location: close to sights in Olhao and close to bus/train stops to nearby towns. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need during your stay. My son loved the bathtub.

Positive: The apartment was very smart and comfortable, great bed, all the facilities you need and superbly located within a couple of hundred yards of restaurants and bars, but still quiet. Pedro is a superb host, nothing is too much trouble for him. He is always available and will do anything to make your stay the best it can be.

Positive: The house had absolutely everything we could need a vacuum cleaner, coffee machine with capsules, water, towels, washing machine, dryer, oven, fridge, freezer, hairdryer, books, city maps, perfect WiFi, netflix, sky, a garage for parking and a very clean swimming pool and so many other thoughtful details that made this place truly excellent. Everything was truly perfect — absolutely flawless! .The house is beautiful, cozy, and full of thoughtful details. Supermarkets, bars, pubs, restaurants, fishmarket, city center and ferries - everything is nearby and you can easily go by foot because of the perfect position. Pedro was super kind and his recommendations were spot on. It’s really lovely and we immediately felt at home. Olhão is stunning, and the surroundings are just wonderful.The only downside? We have to go back home! We will definitely return.

Positive: It was extremely easy to get the keys to this accommodation, I simply let Pedro the owner know when we had arrived at the airport and he met us at the property despite the fact that we already had a keycode to retrieve the keys but he still turned out to meet us personally and take us to the first floor apartment and lead us through the facilities etc. The bottle of wine was excellent and very welcome as were the sweet tin!. The location of this apartment is great with a Pingo Supermarket just opposite and just a few minutes walk to the ferries to the islands, and about 10-12 minutes walk to both the local bus station and similar to the train station so getting around without a car was easy enough (we did not hire a car but there is secure parking if required). There is air conditioning in the bedroom but not in the lounge however I found the fan adequate during our stay in September. The swimming pool and condo complex was very clean too. The location felt very safe and suitable for all. I would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely comfortable apartment and Pedro to anyone as he really could not do more to make your stay better. Thank you Pedro, if we are ever back in the area then we'll be sure to check you out again (however I guess getting a booking soon will be easier said than done with your excellent ratings as I'm sure you're going to be fully booked when people realise what excellence you have to offer)

Positive: I don't think we could have asked for more?! Pedro was fantastic - nothing too much trouble - and the location was absolutely perfect! The apartment was lovely too with all the facilities you might need (the coffee machine was a godsend for me!). Thanks, Pedro - amazing job!

Negative: A minor issue for us - the pool which is in the centre of the apartment block only had sun between 12ish and 4ish so a bit chilly in the mornings and evenings, which was when we'd wanted to use it... We used it regardless but not the warm, lounge by the pool vibe we'd hoped! I should say we went begining September. We did get to experience this on our last day as we didn't go out and about, and it didn't stop us using it at other times too in any case - but just as a point for future guests to know what to expect!

Positive: Pedro welcomed us personally and saw that we had all that we needed in the apartment, which is set up and decorated to feel like home, right down to ithe inclusion of laundry detergent and cooking condiments. He also texted occasionally to ask if we needed anything. This will be our first choice in the Algarve! Location is also perfect.

Negative: There wasn’t anything to find fault with.

Positive: Highly recommend this apartment. Very comfortable and clean, with everything you need. Tea and coffee was also provided which was a really nice touch . Great location which made it easy to get around the local area but also very close to the ferry terminal for access to the islands. The host is very helpful and can be contacted anytime for any questions about the apartment but also the local area. We would definitely return.
